i was just thinking about how sad and lonely easter was going to be this year without fakey. I was sitting in the dark and crying myself in to a shocking frenzy...I came up with a bright idea, i thought perhaps i would brighten up fakey's day/week/month/or maybe even year! I am going to go visit him for easter, i hope he didnt make any other delightful plans so we can visit. Just in case he went out of town for the holiday, i made sure my ticket was a one way ticket so i could stay a while. Hopefully that make him extactic and full of electricity. I thought maybe we could go on some tours together...perhaps visit some lighthouses while we were together.

reallyte in the hizzouse...ain't no party like the bright house party...

    <lj:music>Jacob Dylan- one headlight</lj:music>

dearest older brother fake,

aaah, the yellow lyte family, complete at last. having you at the family picnic this year will be a delight, for sure. i just thought you should know about how your family has been while you've been away so you would be more plugged in to what's going on.

While there are so many of us siblings in the yellowlyte family, it just wasn't the same without you. And i'm sorry to say that some of us took a turn for the worse after you left. Shining yellowlyte, well, she's still the perfect child, over-acheiving like mad. but she took it to new extremes, obsessing over her appearance, even dropping $500 on teeth whitening, when she naturally had a 100-watt smile. Dim yellow lyte, well, he never acheived much, but that's to be expected- we all know he's not the brightest bulb in the box. Phoney yellow lyte, well, he's okay i guess, we never see him because all he does is call his girlfriend. She's a bug zapper though, so at least i know they're not getting too close physically.

another member of our family took to smoking. i guess you'd expect at least one of us to light up. and i'm not talking just right-handed cigarettes, i'm talking left-handed too. yes, dear Fake, i'm sure you've guessed which sibling smokes up, it is your preteen brother, High lyte. High lyte is now a burnout.

And I see Real told you about Flashing yellow Lyte. She spent a night in jail the other week for indecent exposure. Do you know who else is in jail? our cousin Changing yellow Lyte. you should have seen all the traffic accidents he caused. Some whitnesses said it was all his fault and that he caused those accidents on purpose, but as far back as i can remember Changing yellow's always been that way. i think it just how he is. i doubt he'll ever change. (little joke there.) (change...)

speaking of being born with it or not, our cousin Flambeau, well, he has a beau. He came out of the closet. Flambeau's really big on broadway now, and i think the beau is just using Flambeau because he wants to see his own name in lights.

You missed Imitation yellow Lyte's big day. She met some guy, Barry Bright, who got rich off of electronic kid's toys in the 80's. They got married, so she's Mrs. Lyte-Bright now.

The older folks are doing real well, although they couldn't quite handle their emotions when they heard you had been found. Pee yellow, our incontinent grandpa, well, let's just thank goodness for Depends.

Anyway, don't be sad, now that you're back we'll all be much better. We'll all be so happy to see you at our family gathering, we'll be positively beaming. Until then, your beaming yellow Lytes await you.

Sincerely,
your lil' sis,
Coruscation.

I just heard tragic news about my cousin. She is a stripper. Sure, some lytes don't wear shades all the time, but they do when they go out. Our dear Flashing Lyte is a different story. She wears a shade and then, when you're least expecting it, WOOSH, you're blinded by her naked lyte body. What a tease. I hope she soon realizes her ways and buys a modest shade that will stay secure. I mean, look at her: she needs to find clothes.

I'm having a hard time learning biology. Who knew us lytebulbs were so complex! I have to memorize this for class tomorrow:

Maybe Fakey could help me out. I know he's good at science.

I know that news and biology talk probably put a damper on your spirits, so i'll leave you with this link to brigten your day: http://www.lightbulbjokes.com/

<lj:music>you are the sunshine of my life</lj:music>

Today my search came to an end. I finally found my twin brother, Fake. He disappeared several years ago and the family has been searching for him ever since. You know how us Lytes are - if you take one Lyte out of the string, the rest just don't work. It's been such a struggle having him gone for the past few years. The family Christmas play just doesn't work the same. Grandma Lyte cries herself to sleep every night and short circuits quite often. But today I found him!!!! I found our beloved Fake YellowLyte!!!! The Lyte of my life! He really is the brightest of the Lytes. He knows all kinds of science and math. What a grand day.
I was so excited I almost peed my pants. Luckily I made it to the toilet. Here are some pictures that portray my excitement today click here to shed some light on the situation
